This is an image I uploaded two weeks ago that had a lot of problems that I corrected by using layers and opacity in photoshop (which I'm just learning). The image looks much better, although I still feel like it could be better, like something is still missing. Any constructive criticism is most welcome! -Rob

A slightly duller yellow with more opacity could be the answer so it wouldn't jump out at you so much, good reflection in the water, nice job

For me, it's lacking some punch overall, and that is accentuated by the dominance of the slide. It's a tough shot to work with. I'd clone out that slim pole that extends through the top border, work on reducing the glare from the slide. Then a bit more contast (which will darken it somewhat) and use +Gamma to lighten it back to taste.
The composition is well balanced. I've sent a rework that may not be what you want but illustrates the above regarding increased impact.
