Interesting shot. A tribute to spinoffs of the automotive industry. My opinion is that the composition is a little off. Tops of the meters cut off. Possibly intentional.

This shot is a good idea. I would concentrate more on the picture itself, reducing the subject in order o have a more clear view and enhance the background, with a color balance mode filter in PShop..
