Very good composition! Reminds me of the photograph of Picasso drawing a picture of an abstract centaur (or minotaur) with a penlight...

This is alot more complicated then it looks i think. My guess is you used the flash to freeze your body, and then did the quick movements to get the letters created?

I actually set up the tripod in front of my roommate, left the shutter open for around 2 seconds, and had him draw the letter with a lighter. No flash used. Then I merged the 4 images together in photoshop. The last image is his girlfriend.
