NASA's Spitzer Space Telescope shot this image with it's infrared lens to capture this spectacular view of the heart of the Milky Way. Taken with just one of Spitzer's cameras, the image highlights the region's exceptionally bright and dusty clouds, lit up by young massive stars and shows the galactic center that stretches across a distance of 760 light-years.

Must be viewed in full size... I wonder is there life somewhere deep in the heart of Milky Way? Very thought provoking.
