One of the most remarkable displays of raw power I've seen. The reflection off the water is a nice touch.

nope - no real work apart from noise removal and alignment alterations - the colours are as they are out of the can/in-camera image processor.

Simply don't recall seeing the colours as 'intense' (for lack of better descriptor ... and given that I am currently sleep- and caffeine deprived :oP), from other launch photos/images.
It really is a gorgeous shot. And nice work on the cleanup stuff. Great amount of detail still present.

well - there are usually around 30 different still cameras at various locations around the launch so I guess that is why you often see a varied array of colour and detail from the same launch. the cameras close to the tower itself for instance look completely different due in no small part I imagine to all the extra light around there :-)
