This is probably the first or second image I ever took that was any good. It was shot in about 1985. The slide has been lost for about 15 years and I found it last week in an old shoe box with about 500 other slides. It will be fun going through them and seeing if there are any others that are even fair.

Nice shot. Great lighting DOF. Iris reminds me of a wizard. With a shoe box of 500 slides I'm sure you'll find many more excellent shots. Happy scanning.

This is a cool shot. Sparks the imagination, the out of focus flowers in the front make it seem as though you are spying in on the iris.

My very most favorite flower next to lilacs Michael! I have never seen one photographed so uniquely.....love the softness of the same flowers all around it...I also really like the lighting here. It almost seems like it is coming from an artificial source....rather nice! Right into my fav's on my HD & thank you for looking into that showbox & finding this gem :))
