These hot air balloons are just getting into the air at the Prosser Washington Balloon Festival last year. The air is crisp and the fingers cold, but like all die-hard photographers I was there.

But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile. Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.

There are three colours, Ten digits and seven notes, its what we do with them that’s important. Ruth Ross

Beautiful. What does it for me is that only one has advertising on it. This many privately owned balloons at once is a rarity. It's something I noticed on one of your first posts. The way they are scattered and the tree in the foreground are perfect.

Wow. In England we have a similar balloon festival called the Bristol Balloon Festival, hundreds of hot air balloons soared through the sky! This is a great image, makes me feel a bit nostalgic...
