What a gorgeous photo Michael! The simplicity of that one tree of course just brings out the grasses...and the dark background...is the big touch elegance! A most beautiful photo!! By the way, my friend, it's wonderful to see a posting of yours, its been a while!!!

Elegant in it's simplicity. Love this image, from the golden grass to the dark trees in the background. In a word, beautiful.

Yet another brilliant capture to support my thesis that we need a new photo category: trees. It seems so noble standing there alone in th middle of nowhere.

Incredible light that carries to the top of the tree and leaves the hills behind in full shadow. Love that late afternoon sun, it just sets everything on fire.

Sometimes simple is best. The tones of the picture with the sun shining makes me think of springtime and other happy memories. It's amazing what a picture can do. Great work!

I feel lonely in this shot. There is a sence of saddness. Really great capture, though, and terrific color. It is very soft against the black background.

The meadow has a blurry light glare over it. Which makes the lone tree swimming over a ghost water... İt has a mystic air to it. And the the forest far behind left in the shadow emphasizes the lonliness of the tree... Nice shot... Good composition... Congratulations...
