My wife saw these in time to stop (in a safe place) on our way back from Denver this past weekend. They were right on the shoulder of the road with no fence to protect me.

Eeeww. do they really have to go UP that way? Great picture with lots of textures and very clear. Lovely animals too.. what are they? Good work.

Now this picture brings back memories for me. I lived in Greeley CO for several years and we would take rides to the mts. Once in awhile we'd see the Mountain Sheep climbing straight up the mt! I like the way several of the Mt.Sheep(s) are looking at you. Good work Steve...

Hmmmm, Lunch. :) Nice capture. Really like this shot. Lucky to get that close. My experience is that most of the time you see them on the next mountain, with a deep valley between.
