I saw this little girl while visiting a remote school to do some community project. We supplied fresh water lines, constructed a play ground for this school located in an area which a major portion of population suffers from poverty.

An adorable little girl & I just love the expression on her face. Makes you wonder what she is thinking. A very nice capture....well done.

What a precious look you captured here on your photo. That little girls face and her hand being held to her mouth, well, it just tells its own story...and oh! those eyes!! wow! I also like that you kept the other people in the background..it doesnt take away from her at all. Very nicely done my friend!!...verena

Each day I must take one more step, no matter how small or how large, but I must take the step.

She’s so cute with her finger in her mouth like that :-) She is giving you such a questioning look, which increases the level of cuteness. I bet she just asked for a lolly.

Hello dear Priyantha, oh how impressed I am with your communal thinking, your eagerness to help those in need, however depressed they may be!! You have always been that way, and I noticed at the outset, our first meeting on Caedes, that this was your live's work! I respect you for this! Smiling with pleasure! This little girl is so sweet, and she will never be aware of your help, but many, many will! I wish you the best! Your knowledge of the US and our dealing with "Katrina" was well within your grasp when we talked about it, and this is why, the horrific Tsunami in southern Asia! Thanks, Sincerely, Marilyn

Priyantha, this is such an inspirational image and your work with people is significant. I love how you have captured these children in a natural everyday life setting. Excellent work!

Every morning I will rest my arms a while upon the windowsill of heaven, gaze upon God, and with that vision in my heart turn strong to meet my day.

What a priceless capture of a darling little girl Priyantha. She has such an inquisitive look, yet she appears very trusting. I imagine that she knows, somewhere in her young soul, that you care there to help her and not hurt her. Your community spirit and work is in inspiration to me and i thank you for all that you do.
I also love the way you bring your piece of the world into my piece of the world through the lens of your camera. It is very touching as well as informative.
Much appreciated & thank you....
