Yes, you did a great job of making the viewer actually sense the silence just by looking at the picture. Another one of those shots that makes me wish I could be magically transported right to that spot -right now!

Nice title, puts the viewer in the mood to enjoy this lovely pic. I like the 50-50 split between land and sky, the bands of color moving on the spectrum from gold to brown to green to blue, and the nice composition which leads the eye from right to left and to the most prominent element in the picture...that low mountain. Nice, clean-feeling pic...I think even a single cloud in the sky would have disturbed the message.
