Fantastic shot. Love the capture of the freight boats leaving the bay.

Dramatic sky. Well taken image, and I am glad you resisted over saturating the picture like so many here. The subtle colours and just enough golden reflections really make this for me.

Hi, Bob...
I'm having trouble finding anything to critique in your photo. I might have to resort to knit-picking. I love the color of the reflected light on the water. The sky is very dramatic and almost threatening. The tanker looks great out there on the horizon. I would give this a 7 or 8 in the VB which is pretty good for me.
