I agree with Wendell (Eubeen) about the sky. That was the 1st thing everyone told me about my photographs. Crop out more of the sky unless it adds drama to the shot. Nice colors, great reflections of the snow capped peaks.
Beautiful scene. But the others are right. Think in terms of thirds. Your sky should occupy either 1/3 or 2/3 of the scene. Here the mountains are more important so crop the sky down to 1/3. In this case it has an added benefit, notice the lighter cloud in the upper left corner. Because its edge goes "against the grain" of the rest of the picture, it causes a distraction. Cropping would avoid this particular cloud. When you can't avoid such, a little editing to patch out the cloud is in order.
