Well, you, like me, enjoy bridges and especially from an unusual point of view which you have here. It's obviously clean and fresh and that would be expected with a new bridge of course:):) I think a better view would be a view where you panned out more and captured more of this structure with maybe more sky on the 'bg' or maybe that wasn't available from your vantage point. Cool shot otherwise:)
Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick.
