Virginia's oldest plantation. What plant do you think made Virginia rich? When you light up not only do you make this industry richer but the medical industry richer as well. Wow, no more clue's-I know you can guess!!! Wait, another hint,it killed my wifes sister and my sister. Thank you for guessing.

tobacco is the culprit. i was in virginia until friday. this plantation is lovely. you've given us a fine unobstructed view of house and grounds. if it was taken recently i could understand why. it's too hot there to spend much time outdoors.

As a non-smoker, I can't say I've subsidised these fine dwellings. Nice shot.

Even though I've never stayed in a hotel this nice I feel strangely at home looking at these buildings. Thanks for the peek.

Love these buildings. I think I would have cropped the foreground a little but then who am I to judge? Lovely.

What is life, if full of care, we have no time to stand and stare - and take pictures!

I was enjoying the picture until I read your comment. But I understand.
Still nice shot, nicely framed, a little over exposed.
Have a nice day,
Phil
