This will be the last of the ''On the Farm" series. Hope you enjoyed it. Like I said, it was my first hand at animal photography, but it was fun to shoot at least. Thanks for all of the comments/suggestions on these photos. I really appreciate them.

This one's interesting, both in the subject and as an exercise. The subject works I think, because it's unusual and lets you do the muted colouring you've created. As an exercise, you got the eye in very clear focus, which is great in an animal photo. The right hand side of the picture is pretty blurred though, either because your depth of field was very shallow or because your shutter speed wasn't fast enough for the camera to eliminate the horse's movement. With animals generally I use a slightly higher ISO (200) and keep the aperture wide (f5.6) to let in as much light as possible and keep the shutter speed fairly fast.
