Well I must say this is a great job you have achieved with this photo. The light and shade is stunning and love the silver look to this photo as well.Plus the detail and focus is a 100%.
Quite a structure, Rob. A real eye grabber. It could benefit from a bit of perspective correction, which is normal with any high structures. You can't do it with a straightening / horizon tool. You need a grid type perspective tool that allows you to pull the top of the image inward, slightly. Another tool is a Tilt/Shift plugin (Topaz Lens Effects), which does a surprisingly good job.
My eyes must really suck because I'm not seeing the necessary perspective correction that Doug mentioned. However, Doug knows his stuff; so I would definitely take a second look.
The black and white compliments the shot wonderfully. It's a glorious structure splendidly captured. No complaints from me. I wouldn't hesitate to call this shot very artistic and even a work of art.
I do have one question, if this is black and white, why is there color in the building on the right?
