Trash Art are recycled pictures of photos I have taken in Rotterdam buildings, street art, flowers, trees and brickwork grinding and pounding them into what I call Trash Art.

I love the shadows in this Rob! The darkness seems to speak volumes about the mood in this somber work. The tones and textures are incredible. The cracking and peeling look makes the face appear wonderfully aged and weathered! I especially love the leaf covering the eyes, it adds even more mystique to this image. I also really like the position of the face, that it's not perfectly centered and slightly turned to one side so there is more shadowy darkness to compliment this astounding work of Trash Art. You're at the top of your game here my friend!!

I don't know how you do trash art but it usually comes out intriguing, imaginative and, like this one, beautiful... she looks ancient Egyptian...
