Credit to my sister Dana and her husband Bill for growing this beauty. There are several varieties in their yard and all of them seem to do well in the clay-heavy soil of the lower Sierra Nevada mountains. Shot with a Canon 180mm macro lens & ring flash on a 6D body, then cropped for the 4x3 iPad screen.
