Welcome to Caedes! Great to have another shutterbug. :-) Your perspective balance is nice how the tree loops over and kinda frames the building. I can see three things you could do to make it better.
1. Brighten the light to bring out the pretty colors.
2. Run a simple straightening command and lay the building level.
3. A high pass sharpening would do a lot for the little bit of blur we're seeing in the leaves. When there's a light breeze, leaves blur easy. It can be mostly corrected with your computer's pic program.
