This is a rarely blossomes flower. this flower blossomes from the seed of'Elephant yam'. we cook and use it as a side dish.

I'd be a little afraid to eat something I've never seen before! LOL But, it is very unique and interesting to look at. I wonder how it looks after cooking and what part you use for eating. You post some really interesting things, Sayed. Your shot is very good!
