This is good. I have seen scenes like this in the Philpines but never with this emotion. Thanks for sharing.

Sorry that I haven't been commenting more. Just got lazy? But I did look at most of them. And again, thanks to all of you for your comments on mine. Steve

Now I am trying to figure out what he's going to sell. I assume that he's headed to a populated place to spread his wares? I can't make out what might be in those containers, but I know one thing..I love his rope sack !! :)

Life's around said Phil the 35 millimetre cameraman. I recently went to the doctors, and said I've got icon fever, but he told me there was no cure for the disease.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

That looks so heavy on his head and shoulders. I am always amazed at the amount you can carry on your head. Are they pots and pans? Is the local town a long way for him to walk like that? I love your pictures and look forward to each new one.

Hi Sayed, a wonderful image that says a thousand words. You have captured the burden of life so well in this...the weight, the long road ahead and the loneliness of the journey...thanks for sharing...Jacquie
