Ah, now this is a plant I know a little bit about, having eaten and prepared it..but I've never grown it. It's too cold where I live, I believe, to make it flourish, but this looks like a great plant with fruit already on it ! :)

Lovely shot, and I really enjoy this in many different ways.
I've never thought of taking a picture of it though, thanks for the idea. ;-)

Sorry that I haven't been commenting more. Just got lazy? But I did look at most of them. And again, thanks to all of you for your comments on mine. Steve

This is an interesting shot of a subject which I can't ever recall having seen on Caedes before! I like the angle you have chosen and the way you have used the pink coloration of the house as a backdrop. I think the image could be improved a little by tweaking the contrast to give better distinction between shadows and highlights, but regardless of this it's still a nice shot.

I love all your photos because I see the subject matter and the way of life as connecting us to the earth. I'll bet too that these okra were grown without having been genetically engineered. Wonderful post again, Sayed.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Life's around said Phil the 35 millimetre cameraman. I recently went to the doctors, and said I've got icon fever, but he told me there was no cure for the disease.

A lovely close-up amongst the plants. It's really interesting to see how this grows. The colours are lovely with the light...thanks for sharing...Jacquie

What a cool shot of this lovely flower, I like the hint of the building you can see in the background...good effect.
