The road is coming along nicely there isnt it. Mind you it does look like back breaking work, especially for the gentleman with piece of wood. I love to see these shots.

I totally love this shot but i can see it being so much more artistic in black and white. Just change it to greyscale and then fiddle with the contast to get something you like. I always thing black and white makes it more artistic. Will change it from a great photo into an awesome photo.
