Actually the footpath 'business' is very profitable for both buyers and sellers. No rent,no tax,no electricity bill for the seller,so the buyer can get everything at a low price.

It looks very busy indeed. There are some very tasty looking fruits for sale there. A very interesting capture x

Very interesting, Sayed - nice fruits too. Looks like a photo from Ooty or some place like that. Nobody needs warm clothes otherwise. Am I right?

With a title like this Sayed my mind went to the house, car market. Europe is suffering a severe recession now, & people have very little spare money so businesses are closing, or downsizing due to lack of trade !

This is a great people shot, I imagine there's a lot of bartering on on here.

Big brother's watching you :o) A mistreated dog should try to leave a deposit on their masters best carpet, after all it's important to establish who's boss ... Welcome to the last resort. :o)

Except for an occasional Farmer's Market, we can't buy much outside and I love buying produce in the open air markets. I wish we had this here. There is no extra packaging to send to the dump when you buy this way either. Thanks for this great shot, Sayed.

Looks like there's some hard bargaining going on here Sayed, what is it the boys are trying to buy? Again you've managed to get the camera out with no-one noticing, which is quite an achievement. Very good colours in this too, thanks for showing us another scene from your village.

I love looking at the expressions on the peoples' faces as they conduct their business. I hope you didn't have to have each of them sign a model release...j/k

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"
