Before reachimg the destination the mahouts are trying to 'wash' the elephants. They are on the way to the village temple where a festival is going on.

shower on the go..I always worry about the elephants' skin. I know that they frequently shower in the wild..

But it is a very nice post, Sayed. Your photographic skills are getting better and better.

hehe, that guy looks wetter than the elephants! i saw elephants in the middle of Bangkok. they will look wonderful when they are decorated for the festival!

That's a terrific presentation of the elephant, the wet skin really gives lots of interesting tone and makes the shapes of his head stand out. I like the tree above his head too!
