The huge and old tree was axed in Botanical garden of Ootty,a well known hill station in Tamilnadu(South India)and the stump is still remaining in the garden to attract the visitors. Photo was taken during my last visit.

It must have been quite a big tree. The roots and stump still look good. Nice image, Sayed.

I was going to say it looked like it was a big tree lol. Very nice stump though, interesting.

It leaves quite a stump. Visitors probably need a place to set down and that looks like a good place to do it if it is as big as it looks. Nice shot.
