Areca is a genus of about 50 species of single stemmed palms in the family Arecaceae. Here in my village there are hundreds of the trees. A farmer claimbing to harvest the nuts.To climb on the tree he is using a handmade noose.

I have never seen a farm with palm trees. For me they are just ornaments. LOL Very good photo.

Nice shot of the farmer climbing up on the Areca palm. It may be a tine tested way of climbing but it still looks dangerous to me - like a sailor on the mast!

At first I thought that might be you climbing the tree, Sayed. I thought maybe you had put your camera on a timer and scurried up the tree. LOL
I love the verticals in your shot with all of the tree trunks. The climber's outfit really makes him the focus of the shot. I hope you have some luck with those white skies.
