Founded in 1107 it was in use until the dissolution of the monasteries in the 1500 `s — there has been a few ghost sightings - 1 or 2 in the prior `s lodging (the large building in the back ground)

What a wonderful piece of history. It must feel strange to walk around such ancient sites and to realize this was a vital active place..long ago.
