Though the trees are shedding and other life is hybernating or retreating for the season to come, these lil wild daisies are standing tall.

The flowers may be your focus here, but what takes my eyes are the water and the reflections and ripples it contains. I've noticed that water really comes into a life of its own when the leaves are gone and it can do its job of mirroring what's left, like the sky's blue and whatever else is now visible that was hiding behind the foliage. very nicely done :)PJ
