I love the colours in this one Sandy, Hope you are feeling ok. Good to have you back. :-)

Dark, moody and depressive...PERFECT!! Outstanding feeling exudes from this one Sandy!! The little border is OK, it's almost a little too happy......which after thinking about it makes sense, our "happy face" people see could be the frame yet inside us is the real intense self.

There's a real atmosphere to this - suppressed violence, fear and misery mixed in with elements of a more optimistic but no less dangerously passionate mood. It has a certain energy and life, with all its darkness as well as lightness to it. There's a sense of suppressed knowledge, willing mystery to this.

I don't like the frame because I just don't like framed desktops at all. I don't think they work well with the messy realities of menu bars, status bars etc. etc. and these cannot be accounted for because there are so many variations. Lots of people adore them, though.

There's some grain here which might benefit from smoothing, although one would want to be careful to protect the gritty reality of the original, I think.

This has a very dark, kind of 'silent hill' colour scheme. I like it, and the border works well too. it also feels very dark. This is a great return to posting from you.. i myself am too busy lately to post many pictures or take them for that matter.. so i can still certainly find time to appreciate the work of others.
