A most unusual monument, it appears to be floating until a closer look. What sort of material is this made from and is it dedicated to any specific group or deed? The colors are other worldly. Very interesting shot!
LOL Nathan ! That's exactly what it looks like ! It appears to be floating, very neat effect & I love that amber shade, it is very surreal & futuristic looking.
Ok, well, someone let me in on the "secret" here..what is it really? a fractal on top of the photo? I cant figure this out....its gorgeous! the colours are magnifcient!!
Well done Cesar! On the thumbnail, the deocration looks like a flying saucer thingy! This is a great capture. You have frozen that perfect moment in time with the lights and the decoration. Thank you :~)
Reminds me of the beaded curtain hanging in the Anchorage Performing Arts Center. When light hits it, it becomes a rainbow. Very cool pic. Would love to know what it really is. You can see the outline of a wheel with wires suspending it.....
Wow that is awesome. We have art like this in Canberra - at first (and second and third) glance it looks like it is floating in the air, but after a while you start to see the wires that are holding it up. The colours and lighting in this shot are great, the only thing that lets it down is the car on the left hand side which I find is a little distracting. Although the car does give the imag reality - onther than that, it really does not look like a real object, and the buildings behind look like they could be computer generated just to show the transparency of the wheel structure. Overall a very compelling image - you have done very well!
Oh my. "They" have landed! What a great sight to see. The amber glow and darker ridge at the top really make this beautiful. Equally impressive is the sky and background glow. I could be convinced that it is spinning too.
Masterpiece, Cesar.. and you've captured it Great.. another masterpiece. You're doing wonderful work. :) I'll keep wathching your space.. Thanx for sharing this wonderful piece of the world with me.
Thanks for pointing me to this, Cesar. From the distance it looked like a radio telescope. Very interesting piece of work.
You did an outstanding job of rendering it.
