Unique idea going on with this but------ It seems a tad bit too dark to see the details. I'm sure the next one will be great........ :)

I can imagine you where impressed bij the sky! Very difficult to take a photograph towards the sun, for it makes the foreground dark. The composition is not vey exciting, in my opinion.

I like the light that has illuminated the car on the left. Was this a flash? I think perssonally that I would crop the right off to avoid the building with windows. If your intended subject was the cars then I would include more of the cars (wheels, etc) and less sky. Still, I get a ghostly feel from this image which I find interesting.
