This is part of the ceiling ( not the tile ) of Qutub Minar in New Delhi, India. I hope you see the great work of worker at the past, like I do. It was awesome and so beautiful.

in the small picture it looked like a chocolate triffle tray... that would have been more appealing, but it's still interesting!
