I think this is the Episcopal church in Downtown Charleston. It had great lighting and I had my tripod so it worked out.

This is great lighting- and a good clear shot. I don't really care for this border though- just makes me wish I could see more of the building. I like the blue light- add the right... something. Nice work.

Yeah I don't like the border either but I haven't been able to come up with anything I like more. Unfortunatly I couldn't get far enough away from the building to get a horizontal. The moon is really there.... and thanks for your comments.
