Some nice cloud patterns here. Altostratus undulatus at a guess. Obviously a challenging image considering the low light levels, but the exposure on the clouds is the most important thing, and that was good.
How could you ignore that sky...which surely was changing every 10 seconds! You may have scored low in the test, but high in photography! Nice that the city lights were out and even nicer that a couple lights (on the towers to the left) picked up the crimson of the sky. Looks to me like this shot wasn't easy to pick up...may have required a lot of adjustments in timing, with the light ever decreasing just to complicate things.
