What dam is it? I've been to Mt Mitchell a number of times, guess I will have to take 80 off the Blue Ridge sometime. It's a marvelous shot and what a cute rainbow!

Its the dam for Lake Tahoma, you kinda have walk down the bank by the old power station to see it.

Wow thats an amazing shot. The color and water are captured so well in this shot. The rainbow adds so much. I would love to go there and take some shots. Thanks for sharing.
