David, I have told my sons of the times I was in Turkey and was served cups of tea whenever I entered a shop. Ah, such great memories. Thanks for bringing them back. Great capture.
So, a comment is requested, which I think needs to be constructive form the low CI. Its a picture of a bike, there is some stuff hung on the bike but without the explanation it is not obvious what it is for. Two bored men sit in the background. Are the the vendor, or is that his shadow we see just coming in from the right? I think to make this picture work we have to have some context, the vendor holding out a cup perhaps, or someone buying a cup, the exchange of money perhaps. Static scene like this really don't work no matter how technically brilliant. So those are my thoughts. I hope not too negative, because the picture is well framed and well lit with good detail, it just lacks the one essential ingredient of a photograph, a life or a meaning, something that when the instant is captured allows the viewer to see a whole story. Of course beautiful scenes are enough in themselves, but something like this isn't. I hope this makes sense?
