I do like these narrow-street shots. Marseilles is just full of stuff like this. I suppose that being over 3000 years old gives it an excuse. It is rather difficult to drive through, and my wife refuses to ever return there due to an unfortunate traffic incident while I was at the wheel (chagrined blush), but I like it.

I downloaded this image, and I tried to desaturate it to see how it compared to the original, but I think it's more appealing as you have it - the blue and yellow color contrast is better than the shadows contrasts that come from black and white. Nice work.
