This is Sante Elena canyon, in Big Bend National Park,Texas. Through this massive canyon, flows the Rio Grande. The border, separating Mexico, on the left, and U.S.A., on the right. Zulu is just returning from Mexico, and a brief scouting trip. The park is a most worthwhile trip. Four mountain ranges converge within it's boundaries, and a number of old mining towns, and even farms, dot the desert landscape.

This is a very nice photo although I'll have to take your word that the black critter is Zulu. I've always wanted to get down to Big Bend, but it always seemed so far out of the way on previous trips. Maybe someday.

Beautiful image. Perfect angle & I love how you captured the blue sky. Zulu looks like he is enjoying his swim...lucky for him. Excellent .

Good one. I would like to see you raise the contrast and saturation on the cliff faces a little. That would really bring out there colors of the rocks and layers.

Art is the perception of the creator. Meaning is the perception of the viewer. acceptance is the perception of society.

I like the angle of this. Gives us an idea of how huge those mountains are. You captured this very nicely.

I feel like I am fading. I've lost the Holy Ground. Maybe there's a chance, that the lost will be found. If you saw a possum on the side of the road, would you too?

Glad you enjoyed it, Randy. There's a much better one in my gallery, if you're interested. This was mainly to show Zulu, coming back from Mexico.
It's a great place, and I've camped there, many times.
