Once again you bring us a first class posting, I really like the framing that sets it off so well-a plug in? Tigs♥ =^..^=

Definitely looks like something I'd see in an old western movie. The monotone contrasts look great as well as the composition. Wonderful work Doug.

Is that Tom Mix I see deep in the shadows of the window on the left? Black and white suits this shot very well, Doug. The frame comes uncomfortably close to touching the top of the building, but other than that, this one is another fantastic posting. I'm sorry my critiques are not very critical or informative. Have you thought of submitting a really bad shot to give us something to complain about?

I'm not afraid of dying. I just don't want to be there when it happens.

It sure does look like a setting from a western movie, maybe 'The One-Eyed Jacks' or 'Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.' Tightening up the photo with the framing puts an edge quite close to the top of the Mission as noted above. Also the stone well. But that's pretty small potatoes when looking at such an excellent photo. The texture and lighting of the facade really grabs attention. Beautiful!

Oh my goodness! This is fantastic! Love the black and white and the contrast between the light stone of the building and the dark rock of the mountain is gorgeous!
