Looks like a fine wood carving, Doug. Actually this reminds me of scratch boarding, not to be confused with Dick Cheney's favorite past time of water boarding. Back when I was an arteeeeeeeeeeeeest, I used to use scratch boards which is cardboard with a coating of black ink over white chalk. It was weird because you basically had to draw in reverse.

But to me the colors are completely over-saturated. But I think this will do very well in the VB. I predict a C-Index that's nearly undefinable.

I agree with the above. I used to love to do the scratch art and uncover the picture. I like this very much. Could you do it using a color other than black?

I have no idea what a scratch board is. Usually if I have a board with a scratch on it I'll sand it smooth. An interesting look in your experimental image.
