A short thaw in January and the lake opened up again for a couple of days. I thought the shapes and colours were interesting

A very good angle on this one Doug, and I like the different shapes, and wonderful color contrasts from the trees across the lake. Tigs♥ =^..^=

Crazy shot, looks great... the lower half appears to have a nice

black and white look to it, very interesting!

A good view of the semi-frozen lake Doug. I like how the colour builds as you move into the scene. This looks like a lovely place to get away from it all. It looks like you have a few spots on your lens showing up on the foreground sheet of ice.

Does look a little cold, really like all the different textures and patterns in the icy water.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
