This is an opportunity to say that sometimes, what is is.......the photo is very good as it is ; i would alter nothing.....does trying too hard apply here??? Good job!!!

Back when I was doing photography regularly .. I would keep an eye on the weather (clouds) .. looking for those evenings when the cloud cover is just right for those "classic" sunsets .. then I would try to be in a "classic" position to capture it .. and that means those quintessential tree silhouettes, scenic overlooks ... etc

Sometimes photography is being in the right spot at the right time .. even if you have to alter the space-time continuum to hold up YOUR end of the bargain

Just beautiful! Quite the nice sunset. The only improvements could be in timing. Either a few minutes earlier or later, when the clouds might have been more glowing. But you did a great job with what you did! Just great!!
