While you have good potential in this subject, increasing the overall clarity and resulotion of this image would go a long in improving this shot, though if that's not an option due to equipment, then you might want to consider experimenting with softer lighting and different angles to create a more eye-pleasing range of colors. Keep at it.

I like your idea and the fruits/veggies you used. It is a very colorful display. This is a personal pet-peeve, could you remove the stickers from the fruit next time. They annoy me even in the grocery store. LOL
