I couldn't see the wing damage until it was downloaded. It didn't seem to keep him from doing his business. County Nature Center.

Yeah I heard about this one. He was shot down in Vietnam. He's on disability but does odd flower jobs now and then. You got a fine pic of that old vet. Nice work.

Gorgeous capture in action - it shows you don't have to be perfect to be beautiful :-)

Ah Yes ... the old "damaged wing" capture, strikes a chord with "moi". Had one a few months back very similar ... and very disappointing when viewed on my notebook. But this is such a grand pose and you have composed the butterfly and blossom so well ... one can overlook the less than ideal model. Cutting to the chase Charlie ... it's a damn good shot.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

This is a wonderful image, it shows the strength of such a delicate creature that it can still fly with a very damaged wing. Great capture.

What a beautiful butterfly you were able to capture with this flower...it reminds me of spring...which can't come fast enough with all the bad weather we have mid having in the Oklahoma area. Thanks for sharing.
