you could say that...I do like the idea and the borders...But if you are interested in shadows, try shadow manipulation and that is when it becomes mindblowing for the veiwer and photographer....not bad, not bad at all

Hey thanks for commenting on "Smoke", I really appreciate it! This is an interesting shot...I'll give you that. The idea is good, and I like the diagonal lines added by the cement wall things. The more horizontal line across the bottom is a bit distracting. But good job, and keep up the good work, I can't wait to see more!

it would be better if you had hidden the way you were holding the camera in your shadow, also.. generally for shadow pictures it looks better if you desaturate the photo completely and increase the contrast.
