few mistake i had to fixed that i couldn't leave as is.

again...this is not a manipulation like most would think...no pixels added or deleted. no layers involved, just used LR to enhance..thats it! and i do have all three! silhouette, shadow, reflection.

I cast my votes before you removed the original version. It is still an option to vote for from the list but the image is no longer there.
Although the picture gained one of my votes I am distracted by the partial view of the next building on the right and the half parking sign on the left. I would have cropped them off but I am not saying that would be the right thing to do - just a personal opinion. It is a clever image and I think the figure looks a bit furtive and mysterious which adds to the appeal. Why is he lurking outside the closed barber shop in the dark - the mind goes off to create a story from this.
