Beautiful...and I bet you didn't shoot this one this year...not yet at least. Love all the green and the reminder that spring and summer is not too far off.
Trouble short (water), sand left & right, false front on the right side of the green, with a slope toward the front of the green, and long puts you chipping down hill towards the water.
The only shot is to the center of the green, any thing else brings big numbers into play. Perhaps, if you are on your game, a little "cut" starting at the mid center of the green and using the "ridge" running thru the middle of the green to funnel the ball towards the hole. Easy to 3 putt outside of 35 feet or so and to putt the ball off the green if you are near the back left fringe.
Hard to tell the distance, ball's in the second cut of the rough but looks like it's sitting up, so getting the club on it should not be an issue. Working the fade may be tough to do. From the marker in the middle of the fairway, looks like you're 130 or so from the green. But could be 180, since everything is one dimensional of the screen.
For the shot, take a little extra club, aim left center, play a little "soft cut" and hopefully that should put you behind the hole but on the same level. The only real chance at a birdie that I see, but "old man par" is a good score on this hole.
How did you do ??? Thanks for sharing! Can't wait to "tee it up"
i personally think that in the front that there is to much grass/green. i like the clarity, but to me, i think that this picture is lacking in creativity. sorry, i dont mean to be really harsh. nice overall gallery.
