Possibly a little to close as the focus is a little soft. Interesting subject tho.

This is an unusual sight...don't think I've seen a pigeon this close before on Caedes. I think your focus was back where his wing was and then he was suddenly closer! Take some more and see if you can get the foreground in focus. If you have to choose, it is better to have the background focus soft than the foreground focus. Why? Dunno. 'Cause people are more comfortable with it I guess. Do you name your pigeons? What do you use them for?

Somewhat out of focus, but I think the idea of the shot was for an interesting closeup - I can imagine pigeons are as difficult as most birds to have them hold still for even a moment.

well it's the best picture that i had taken that day, i will make some others, i race with them, you know, let them fly for lets say 20 hours, but you need a lot of training for that :)
